Special Care for Older Miami Homes
Coral Gables and the older pockets of Coconut Grove come with narrow doorways, original hardwood, tight staircases, and Mediterranean-tile entries that don’t forgive a dropped dresser. We floor-runner the whole path, pad door frames, and break down large furniture rather than forcing it through. For newer construction in Doral or Aventura, we coordinate with HOA move-in rules and gate access ahead of time.
Big homes mean big inventories, so we label by room and unload to where each box belongs — no stacking everything in the living room for you to sort later.
Packing as Much or as Little as You Want
Some families want only the heavy furniture handled; others want the entire house boxed for them. We scale to either. Our team can wrap the kitchen, protect artwork and mirrors, crate the TV, and disassemble bedroom sets, or simply load what you’ve already packed. Either way, the written quote spells out exactly what’s covered before the first box leaves the house.
